One of our favourite places to go out for lunch, whenever we are in the area of one, is Panera Bread.
If you have never been to Panera Bread, it's a lovely bakery and bistro type establishment. It is like a bakery and cafe rolled into one.
They make their own bread every night so it will be fresh for their customers every day. They have baked goods, delicious sandwiches, salads and a variety of soups. With good food, wonderful drinks and coffee house specialties, there’s something for everyone.
The best thing Panera offers, is their "Pick Any Two" option, so you can "mix and match" any two half-sandwiches, half salads, soups or a fruit cup, to create your own meal. I like that!
I specially liked their Corn Chowder, however it’s not on their menu anymore or perhaps it’s a seasonal menu item…?! If you are one of those people that likes this soup too, and you would like to know how to make it yourself, I'd like to share with you my own recipe of Corn Chowder . In any case, you may find something else in their menu that you like.
It is a clean, friendly and very inviting place to be. Check it out next time you are close to one.
NOTE: I’m not affiliated with Panera Bread in any shape or form, it just happens that I like the place :–))
